Born in Portstewart, raised in Coleraine, emigrated to Canada, and travelled to Africa to fight humanitarian battles.

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the life and legacy of Ray Barnett.

After being told that his mother was killed in 'The Blitz', he found his 'real family', and his developing faith brought him to a ministry which took him around the world; from negotiating with Hezbollah in Beirut to starting humanitarian causes in Africa.

Ivan was delighted to welcome him to the 'Thursday Interview' to talk about his book, 'Don't Tell Me It Can't Be Done'.
