French second tier side Oyonnax have confirmed the signing of former Munster winger Darren Sweetnam.
The 28-year old spent the latter part of the 2020-21 season on a short-term deal at Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle.
Sweetnam was released from his Munster contract in March, after making 92 appearances and scoring 22 tries for the province.
The former Ireland international joins an Oyonnax side who finished fourth in the French Pro D2 last term, and lost to eventual champions Perpignan in the promotion semi-finals.
Head coach Joe El-Abd said, "We are very happy to welcome Darren!
"He will bring us his qualities of speed and finisher, as well as his experience of high international level, which he acquired in particular at the iconic club of Munster.
"He has just had an exciting end to the season with La Rochelle. I am counting on our fans to welcome him as they should."
