Arsenal have defeated Stoke 3-1 at the Emirates to go top of the Premier League.

Aaron Ramsey opened the scoring for the Gunners as he was first to the rebound from a saved Mesut Ozil free kic.

Arsenal's lead didn't last long, however, and Geoff Cameron equalised for Stoke with his first goal for the club.

Per Mertesacker then put Arsenal back in front with a header from an Ozil corner after just 35 minutes. Bacary Sagna then added a third in the second half to send the Gunners top of the Premier League table.
