Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna is out for three weeks with a hamstring injury.
The full back picked up the damage against Napoli in the Champions league during the week.
The France international has been in fine form for Arsenal this season after an indifferent 2012/13, which had followed the 2011/12 campaign where had suffered two leg breaks.
Sagna has reverted to his right back role in recent weeks but spent the early part of the season deputising at centre-half to good effect for the in-form Gunners.
Earlier this week, manager Arsene Wenger confirmed that contract talks - which had stalled last season - are on-going.
