A trip to Stamford Bridge might fill Aston Villa fans with dread given the 8-0 (not a misprint) mauling they received there last year.
In fact Chelsea love playing Villa and have scored 14 goals in their last 3 games against the Villains, add to that Jose Mourinho has never lost a Premier league game at home and doesn't look good for Paul Lambert's team who are playing their second away game in a row in London.
That said the last one went well beating Arsenal 3-1 at Emirates on Saturday a game in which they received two penalties.
Villa aren't that happy that this game has been scheduled for tonight but because of Chelsea's involvement in the European Super cup it had to be moved.
Up next for the East Midlanders are Liverpool at home on Saturday while the Blues take on Manchester United on Monday before that it's Champions league winners Bayern Munich in the aforementioned Super cup on Friday.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is always worth a listen especially when he's being coy about the clubs attempt to sign Wayne Rooney, he's been talking about that but first he previews tonight’s game.
