Gareth Bale is reportedly already in Spain and ready to sign a record-breaking deal with Real Madrid.

It is believed that the Tottenham star will be formally unveiled on Tuesday once a world record fee has been agreed.

Reports suggest Real Madrid have made two offers to Tottenham, one being a straight cash deal and the other being a world record fee spread over three to four years.

The former may involve Real offering a player as an added incentive.

With Bale already in Spain, there is confidence that a deal will be completed sooner rather than later.

The Welsh international was photographed in the resort town of Marbella, while his Tottenham team-mates prepare for the visit of Swansea.

The photos appeared in Spanish sports daily MARCA and the same paper claims that Arsenal have offered €30 million for the soon-to-be out of favour winger.
