Mario Balotelli has got himself in hot water after the AC Milan star was caught smoking in a train toilet.

The Italy international who has been in fine form for club and country in recent months, will be fined by Milan for his indiscretion.

Balotelli was travelling to Florence with the rest of the squad for today's game with Fiorentina when the train's controller told the club's Chief Executive Adriano Galliani that the controversial star was smoking.

Galliani has confirmed that Balotelli will be fined for his actions.
