Ballyhale Shamrocks of Kilkenny will play Borris-Ileigh of Tipperary in the AIB All-Ireland senior club hurling final in two weeks' time.
Colin Fennelly scored both goals for the Kilkenny champions in their 2-24 to 2-18 win over Derry side Slaughtneil in Newry earlier.
TJ Reid hit 0-11 in all, including ten from play, while Fennelly ended with 2-1.
Then Tipperary champions Borris-Ileigh beat St Thomas' of Galway on a 1-21 to 1-14 scoreline - a JD Devaney goal wrapping up the win late on at the LIT Gaelic Grounds in Limerick.
It will be a first national final in 33 years for Borris-Ileigh, with Brendan Maher starring for them this afternoon.
Maher scored ten points across the afternoon - with two of those from open play. This included an incredible score with a broken hurley.
The Tipperary side had led by two points at the break - on a 0-11 to 1-6 scoreline.
