Brian McDermott has been appointed as the new manager of Championship side Leeds.
The former Reading chief succeeds Neil Warnock, who left the club earlier this month.
The new manager has an immediate challenge on his hands as the Elland Road club sit five point above the bottom three with five games to go.

To slightly complicate matters, the boss of the city's other major sports team, the rugby league side Leeds Rhinos, is also called Brian McDermott.
