Dundalk are within one step of a historic place in the UEFA Champions League group stages after beating BATE Borisov in the third qualifying round.
Two goals from David McMillan at Tallaght Stadium helped the Irish champions overturn a 1-0 deficit going into tonight's second leg before Robbie Benson added a third on the break late on.
The 3-0 win on the night and 3-1 aggregate victory over the Belarusian side means Dundalk now enter the Champions League playoff stage. They do so as an unseeded team in the Champions route side of the draw.
And if that were to end in victory over two legs, they will become the first Irish side to reach the group stages of the Champions League, just over a decade after Shelbourne came so close.
Daryl Horgan set up the opening goal tonight with excellent work down the left and an inch-perfect cross for McMillan to head in.
McMillan then added a second after the break to put Dundalk on the brink of success, before Benson broke free late on to add a third and seal the result.
