Are you stuck in work, anxiously waiting to get home and watch the penultimate episode of Breaking Bad? Well this auction will probably make the next few hours that little bit worse. Yes, a new website called ScreenBid is selling off hundreds of Breaking Bad props: some iconic, some a little more niche, all genuine.
What do they have to offer? Here are some of the highlights:
- The pink teddy bear with one eyeball missing
- The missing eyeball
- Tuco’s encased ‘grill’
- The Hello Kitty phone that has been one of this season’s funniest recurring gags
- Skylar’s jeep
- An empty Los Pollos Hermanos container
- Los Pollos Hermanos name tags
- One of Jesse or Walt’s iconic hazmat suits
They’re just some of the unique items on offer, alongside numerous generic items like flasks from the various labs that have featured on the show. And there's a surprising amount of makeshift shivs (probably all from that montage last year).
If you feel like owning a Breaking Bad prop, bidding prices start from $25 (€18.50) although you should probably expect to pay a bit more than that for even the generic items. Bidding starts on the 29th of September, the day of the season finale.
Yes, in case you'd forgotten, Breaking Bad’s last episode does indeed air next week, so prepare for TV to suddenly become considerably less interesting. At least until Mad Men is back.
