Kerry are through to the All-Ireland semi-final with a 0-15 to 0-9 win over Cavan at Croke Park this afternoon.
The Kingdom led by a massive 0-10 to 0-2 at half time and a flat, uninspired Cavan side looked set for a humiliation on the big stage.
The Ulster side were a different proposition after half-time however, scoring 0-7 to Kerry’s 0-5, despite some profligacy in front of goal. Had the Breffni men taken their chances they could have forced a nervous final five minutes for Kerry.
