FA Cup holders Chelsea will be hoping to avoid an upset when they take on Brentford in their fourth round replay.
Chelsea needed a late goal against the League One side three weeks ago to get a 2-2 draw.
John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses have returned from the African Cup of Nations, while David Luiz and Demba Ba have recovered from injuries.
Kick off at Stamford Bridge is at 12.00pm and the winner will play Middlesbrough in the fifth round.
Manchester City are already there and they face Leeds United at 2pm with a quarter-final place up for grabs. Vincent Kompany is unlikely to be available as he recovers from a calf injury but Carlos Tevez and Matija Nastasic should be back.
The final fifth round tie of the day sees Wigan away to Championship side Huddersfield with kick off just before 4pm.
