Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder says his team looked back to their best as they moved up to seventh place in the Premier League with a 3-1 win against Tottenham at Bramall Lane.
Sander Berge, Lys Mousset and Oli McBurnie were on target for the Blades, who registered their first victory since the restart of the English top-flight.
"I'll sleep tonight," Wilder said after the game. "I sensed after a decent performance against Arsenal on Sunday that we were showing signs of recapturing the form that got us into the position pre-lockdown.
"But there's no getting away from it, it was a really good performance and a big three points for us.
"The shape of the side was good. We limited an excellent side at the top of the pitch to not a huge amount of opportunities and when we broke it up we played, created some decent chances and were clinical.
"It’s a tough division but we have taken a step forward tonight and we have to take another step forward at Burnley but this was a Sheffield United performance how people talk about us, so yeah it’s a good night for us.
"We’ve played five games and the fixture list doesn’t get any easier but if we approach it like tonight we have nothing to lose.
"No one expected us to be in this position."
