There is hope in Mayo that top scoring forward Cillian O' Connor may be able to play a part in their upcoming All Ireland final against Dublin.

O'Connor is said to be putting off surgery on his shoulder in favour of focusing on rehabilitation,

And his manager James Horan has not ruled him out of contention for September 22nd.

The forward injured his shoulder in the first half of the semi-final clash with Tyrone.
