There will be plenty of sore heads in Clare as celebrations continue after the All Ireland Hurling final.
And while the Banner clutch Liam McCarthy tightly for the first time since 1997, Man of the Match from that year's final Jamesie O'Connor was on the line to speak to Joe and Gizzy.
Joining him was Daithi Regan to review an All Ireland final and campaign that seems to herald a changing of the guard.
From Regan's perspective, Clare's victory was deserved as they have the best brand of hurling in the country and should be replicated - even by losing finalists Cork.
He said: "The Cup is where it is. The best team in Ireland has won. I've loved the way they've played hurling all year. They've been very innovative all year. I would suggest that Jimmy Barry Murphy looks at Clare's template. I believe Cork have the skillset and the speed to actually try and copy Clare's style. I really think it would suit them."
Following the drawn final, Daithi was analysing the game on Newstalk's Off The Ball and was critical of Clare manager Davy Fitzgerald's behaviour towards referees.
But after the win in the replay, Davy Fitz responded to Daithi: "Daithi who? I don't think Daithi Regan has ever anything good to say and he probably wants to make a name for himself."
Daithi told Joe and Gizzy that he has no qualms with Davy Fitz' response to him:
"Davy has quite rightly had a cut back at me and I've no issue with that whatsoever. I get laced on a regular basis over views. That's part and parcel of the whole thing. He's entitled to - he's won an All Ireland. He was furious over the issue with the referee but he's won so he's right to give two fingers.
"But I thought it was very pointed when he said that 'I believe there are referees with an agenda against me'. But that's what I've been saying. There's a reason to have an agenda."
One texter questioned the quality of both teams but Jamesie felt the game was played at a very high level and in the right manner. He and Daithi believe it is among the greatest All Ireland finals of all time.
Jamesie said: "I thought it had everything. The pace of it was frenetic. The three scores by Tony Kelly were as good as any points scored in Croke Park. Conor Lehane got a few scores as well that were fantastic. I think the courage, valour and resolve showed by both teams made it an incredible spectacle."
Shane O'Donnell's inclusion in the Clare starting XV was a bit of surprise but he repaid Davy's faith with a personal haul of 3-3.
"I first saw Shane O'Donnell when he was 14 or 15 and there's one thing on his mind when he gets the ball - that's to head straight for goal. There were times in the league when he was in there because Darach Honan and Conor McGrath were injured. There were times you'd be thinking 'it's alright to go for a point every now and again, Shane.' He has a fantastic trait and characteristic. I thought if we got the right ball into him, he was capable of doing damage."
