Connacht are reeling from news of a double injury blow with the confirmation today that Willie Faloon and Jason Harris Wright face significant spells on the sidelines.
Faloon requires surgery on a foot injury sustained in the defeat to his former team Ulster at the weekend and will be out for up to 5 months, while Harris Wright will be unavailable for at least a month with a torn bicep.
Faloon was an impressive presence for Connacht last year, winning the supporters' club Player of the Year award.
