Bohemians will take a 2-1 lead to Greece after an Ali Coote brace helped them secure one of the most famous nights in their history.
The Scottish winger scored in either half, as Bohs beat Greek giants PAOK at the Aviva Stadium.
Nelson Oliveira's late header keeps PAOK more than alive in the tie, but it's now three games and three wins for Bohemians at the Aviva Stadium.
Bohs survived a wobbly first few minutes without conceding, as Andrija Zivkovic and Nelson Oliveira both had attempts on James Talbot's goal.
But after that spell subsided, the home side grew into the game and found particular joy down their right-hand flank.
35-year old captain Vieirinha was being given a torrid time at the hands of both Andy Lyons and Ali Coote.
And it would be the latter who would put Bohs ahead on 23-minutes, after some fine work down that right hand side.
Georgie Kelly played a square ball into the PAOK box, with both Ross Tierney and Coote waiting, and it was the Scot who prodded past Alexandros Paschalakis to send the 8,000 fans inside Lansdowne Road into rapture.

Instead of shaking PAOK back into life, they instead retreated into their shells, with Bohs allowed much more of the ball. Ciaran Kelly and Rob Cornwall were both doing an excellent job in shielding Talbot from danger.
Two minutes before the break, Coote set up Dawson Devoy who angled a shot just wide of Paschalakis' right-hand upright.
PAOK, as they had to, started the second half brightly, with Nigerian midfielder Anderson Esiti producing a smart save from Talbot from point-blank range.
But when the second goal of the night came, it was again for the hosts, and again from Ali Coote. An intricate corner routine saw Coote collect the ball 25-yards from goal, and his powerful shot couldn't be stopped by Paschalakis.
Unbelievable! Ali Coote has scored again for @bfcdublin against PAOK 🤯

But with 13-minutes to go, PAOK hauled themselves back into the match.
Bohs energy and concentration levels had dipped, allowing Stefan Schwab the time and space to cross for Oliveira whose glancing header made it 2-1.
Two minutes later, Oliveira found the side-netting under pressure from Cornwall.
With Bohemians conceding a lot of the ball, another cross from the right was met by substitute Thomas Murg but his header sailed safely over the bar.
A late Karol Swiderski shot also tested Talbot, while hearts were in red and black mouths as a seeming foul by James Finnerty on Diego Biseswar avoided censure.
The sides will meet again in Greece on Thursday-week.
