Cork have booked their place in the All Ireland U21 Football final after they beat Cavan 0-15 points to 1-11 in Tullamore.

Chris Conroy scored a second half goal for Cavan to close the gap and Dan MacEoin won it for the Munster champions with an injury time free for Cork.

The Rebels will now face Galway in the decider.
