A total of six players have received a first call-up to the Republic of Ireland under-21 squad.
Manager Jim Crawford announced his 24-man selection earlier today ahead of their European Championship qualifiers next week.
Ireland are away to Bosnia and Herzegovina next Friday, before another away assignment against Luxembourg on Tuesday, September 7th.
16-year-old Evan Ferguson, who now plays his trade with Brighton, is among the new faces.
Formerly of Bohemians, Ferguson made his debut for his new club last week.
His clubmate on England's south coast, Andrew Moran, is also there as is Wolfsburg's Anselmo Garcia MacNulty.
Ollie O'Neill of Fulham also earns a first call up, while Cardiff City's Joel Bagan and Crystal Palace player Jake O'Brien are part of their first-ever Ireland set-up.
The squad does not include John Joe Patrick Finn Benoa of Getafe, but he will train with the group during this window.
