Manchester United manager David Moyes has accepted a Football Association charge of misconduct.

He was critical of match officials after losing the first leg of their League Cup semi-final at Sunderland last week.

Moyes said his side were having to play the referees as well as the opposition.

He will receive a fine or a warning following a disciplinary hearing.
