All Ireland champions Donegal have suffered another defeat in the Doctor McKenna Cup.

They lost to Monaghan by 3-16 to 1-5.

Cork and Kerry were both in quarter final action in the McGrath Cup

Kerry beat UCC by 2-12 to 0-10 but Tipperary got the better of Cork by 2-9 to 1-9.

In the O'Byrne Cup, Wicklow beat Dublin by 1-11 to 0-10 at Parnell Park.

and in the FBD league, beaten All Ireland finalists Mayo lost to Leitrim by 0-9 to 0-8.
