England have secured a hugely surprising win over world champions New Zealand in their final autumn rugby union international of 2012.

They've triumphed 38-21 at Twickenham to end New Zealand's 20 match unbeaten run.

England held a 15 - 0 lead early on, only for the All Blacks to narrow the gap by one.

But second half tries from Brad Barritt, Chris Ashton and Manu Tuilagi secured a stunning win for England.

But Wales suffered last-gasp heartache, losing 14-12 to Australia.

It means Warren Gatland's men end the series with four losses out of four, outside the IRB's Top Eight ranked teams.

The draw for the 2015 Rugby World Cup takes place on Monday.
