The GAA’s annual congress takes place in Derry on Friday and Saturday of this weekend and the big talking point this year is the issue of black cards and rule changes, put forward as ways of improving the game. Eugene McGee, chairman of the Football Review Committee (FRC) was on Off the Ball to discuss the issue, and the political and practical motivations behind the various levels of opposition and support for the move.
