Everton manager Roberto Martinez has confirmed that Marouane Fellaini's buy out clause has expired.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea have all been linked with a move for the midfielder in the past year.
It is reported that he would have been available for about €25 million.

Martinez says the clause ran out at the end of July.
Earlier this week the new Everton boss also confirmed that England left-back Leighton Baines was unlikely to leave after no new bids had come in for him.
The Toffees rejected a bid from Manchester United at the start of the transfer window.
