Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has called for a lengthy suspension for Swansea's Ashley Williams.

The defender's clearance hit Robin van Persie on the head at close range when he was lying on the ground in their 1-1 Premier League draw at the Liberty Stadium.

Sir Alex told Sky Sports that he was livid with referee Michael Oliver.
