Jamison Gibson Park has been ruled out of Ireland's final Autumn Nations Series game against Argentina this Sunday.

The Leinster scrum-half has picked up a thigh injury and will miss the game with the knock.

His provincial teammate Luke McGrath has been called into the squad to provide cover.

It means a totally new half-back partnership for Ireland this weekend, with Johnny Sexton also ruled out through injury.

Joey Carbery and Conor Murray could be in line for starting roles.

Meanwhile, James Ryan is set to assume the role of captain in Sexton's absence.

Ireland go into the game looking to build on last weekend's big win over New Zealand, which followed a thumping of Japan a fortnight ago.
