He overcame fellow Australian Marcus Fraser and Scotland's Peter Whiteford in a play-off after they finished on 11 under.

Peter Lawrie and Paul McGinley were best of the Irish on 2 under, a shot ahead of Damien McGrane.

At the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, Lucas Glover holds a 2-shot lead after round 3. He is on 14 under.
