Rob Heffernan says he was prepared for dealing with the pressure of the last 10 kilometres of his Gold medal winning performance in Moscow at the World Championships 50 k walk this monring.
The Cork athlete who picked up a warning during the race says it did not distract him as he opened up significant lead towards the end .
Heffernan who took the race in a time of 3 hours, 37 minutes and 56 seconds says he'll take a break now but is considering going for the Olympics in Rio in 2016.
