Garrymore corner-back Enda Hession will make his senior Mayo debut in tomorrow’s Allianz Football League Division 2 meeting with Down.

There’s also a first league start for wing-back Rory Brickenden.

Despite a spate of retirements, James Horan has named nine of December’s All Ireland final side to start tomorrow’s game in Castlebar.

There's no Aidan O'Shea, as the Breaffy talisman is due to miss the entire league campaign with a knee injury.

Paddy Durcan will captain the side from centre-back.
