Ireland's first warm-up match ahead of the Rugby World Cup takes place this Saturday against Wales.

However, the 2.30pm kick-off at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium will not be shown live on any Irish channels - although a highlights package will be shown later that night on Irish TV. Of course, you can keep up to date with all the latest developments in the game on Off The Ball, who will have live buildup from 2pm today, and updates from the match through the afternoon as the players from Joe Schmidt's experimental side look to stake a claim for a place in his World Cup squad.

Instead it will be screened exclusively by BBC One Wales, although those living in Northern Ireland can also watch it on the BBC iPlayer.

But where there's a will there's a way. Although, there are methods of adding BBC One Wales manually to your Sky Box, the channel is also available to watch live on the website of free Internet TV provider FilmOn.com and its associated phone app, which is a far more straightforward means of catching the game.
