Mark English has been named Irish Athlete of the Year for 2014.
The Donegal runner has been recognised for his bronze medal winning performance at August's European Championships.
The 21-year-old middle distance runner picked up the medal in the 800 metres in Zurich.

Fionnuala Britton was named Endurance Athlete of the Year after Top 10 finishes in both the European 10,000 metres and marathon.
