While Leicester and Tottenham's surprise Premier League runs were a breathe of fresh air for many football fans, it did throw the cat among the pigeons for Fantasy players.

As the likes of Chelsea proved mostly unreliable for your weekly picks, bandwagons built around emerging talents like Riyad Mahrez.

Well, the long wait to right the wrongs of last season are almost over because the return of the Premier League on August 13th heralds the first battle in a long drawn-out conflict of transfers, Double Gameweeks and Triple Captains.

Also our Fantasy gurus (they don't answer by that title if you meet them in person) Eoin Sheahan and Tommy Rooney will be back this Friday with their weekly Fantasy segment on Team 33 which will be on air every Tuesday (midnight) and Friday (11pm) and via podcast while they will share tips and advice as well as venting at whatever goes wrong throughout the season. Plus, they'll point out my shortcomings in the world of Fantasy football - of which there are many if we're being perfectly honest.
