Jamie Foxx is in line to play the villain in the sequel to "The Amazing Spiderman".
The actor is in early talks to star as "Electro" - who first appeared in the comic books in 1964.
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone have both signed up to return as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy.
