Jim Magilton has stepped down from his role as Dundalk's sporting director after less than a year in the position.
The former Northern Ireland international had also served as interim manager following Shane Keegan's departure earlier this season.
Andy Connolly and STAT Sports completed a takeover of the Lilywhites from PEAK 6 earlier this week.
“I would like to thank everyone that assisted me during my time at Dundalk FC,” Magilton said in a statement.
“It is a great club with passionate supporters and I wish the new local consortium the very best.”
Dundalk have also thanked the former IFA performance director for his efforts at the club.
“The club would like to thank Jim for his work at Oriel Park over the past 11 months and wish him the very best of luck in the future.”
