Ireland face Greece at the Aviva stadium tonight in an international friendly that sees several of Ireland’s younger players given an opportunity to impress.
Ciaran Clark, James McCarthy, Seamus Coleman, James McLean and Robbie Brady all start and Newstalk’s Oisin Langan asked John Giles if these players were legitimately playing for their place in future sides.
Newstalk also asked Giles whether there was any benefit to using new players if Trapattoni sticks with the same, much maligned, system?
