Liverpool have moved up to ninth place in the Premier League thanks to a 3-0 win away to bottom side QPR.

All three goals came inside the first 30 minutes with Luis Suarez scoring twice and Daniel Agger making it 3-0.

The Uruguayan's first goal caught the eye as he glided past Clint Hill in the build up.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers was not at the game due to illness so Colin Pascoe and Mike Marsh took charge.

QPR are eight points from safety heading into the New Year.
