Former Bohemians forward Paddy Madden has expressed satisfaction with his Irish debut during a scoreless draw with Wales last night.

In the last friendly before two vital World Cup qualifiers against Sweden and Austria next month, Madden who now plays his football with Championship side Yeovil, was out to impress and was unlucky not to score as a late substitute.

The 23 year old talked about his chances last night and stepping up from league one to the Championship.
