Graeme McDowell is in Shanghai for the BMW Masters with hopes of finishing a sometimes difficult year on a positive note. The Northern Irishman described his year as "a good year, stroke frsutrating year, stroke should have been could have been- you know, one of those kind of years" and aims to use the final few tournaments of the year to follow up his Ryder Cup success with strong personal performances.
McDowell believes the Ryder Cup win is a massive positive for the European Tour as it "gives everyone a boost" and gets sponsors, fans and players alike interested in the tour.
