Liverpool are set to sign Victor Moses from Chelsea on a 1 year loan deal following the clubs agreeing a £1m fee for the Nigeria winger, according to The Guardian.
Moses joined Chelsea last summer for £9m but has seen his standing at Stamfrod Bridge lessened with the arrivals of Willian and Andre Schurrle. As a result Chelsea have told Moses he is free to look for first-team football at another club.
Brendan Rodgers had reportedly been interested in the player early in the summer but faced resistance from Chelsea, who were reluctant to loan the player to a rival.
West Brom, Southampton and Everton had expressed interest in Moses but the player is expected to sign for Liverpool before the close of the transfer window on Monday.
The deal will not include an option for Liverpool to sign the player on a permanent basis.
