Munster captain Doug Howlett responded for the two time winners after an interception from James Downey to leave the half-time scores at 10 - 10.
Farrell and O'Gara converted both tries.
Farrell outscored O'Gara by three penalties to one to give Saracens a six point win.
Saracens go top of the pool on 14 points, while Munster are third on 11, two behind Racing Metro.
