Lyon claim the club's reached an agreement with Newcastle over the sale of striker Bafetimbi Gomis.

It appeared the deal was off when the French club rejected a bid from the Premier League side thought to be close to €8 million earlier this week.

But they have now agreed a fee of about €10 million for 'Baby Drogba' as he is known.
