Leinster’s hunt for a four try bonus point win in tomorrow’s game against Scarlets at the RDS has been dealt a blow as Brian O’Driscoll will not start the game. O’Driscoll will begin the game on the bench. Kevin McLaughlin will also miss the game as he is sidelined with a shoulder injury.
Leinster manager Joe Schmidt has however been able to call upon Rob Kearney, who also returned from injury last week, to start at full back while Isa Nacewa and Luke Fitzgerald are on the wings.
Without O’Driscoll in the side the central pairing of Fergus McFadden and Gordon D'Arcy is preferred, with Johnny Sexton at out half and Isacc Boss at scrum half.
Sean O'Brien, Shane Jennings and Jamie Heaslip make up the back row with Leo Cullen and Devin Toner in the second row. Cian Healy, Sean Cronin and Mike Ross will make up the front 3.
