Brian O’Driscoll will start for Ireland on Saturday, against Italy, for the final game of Ireland’s Six Nations campaign.
O’Driscoll is joined by the returning Johnny Sexton and Craig Gilroy, while Luke Marshall continues in his role alongside the veteran centre. Paddy Jackon will be on the bench.
Gilroy and Sexton are the only two changes to the side, with the other thirteen spots remianing as they were for the 13-13 drawn game with France, last weekend.
