New Carlow manager and former Kildare star Antony Rainbow spoke to Newstalk’s Oisin Langan last night, following his side’s O’Byrne Cup win over Wicklow.

Rainbow told Langan his thoughts on black cards, building confidence in his Carlow side and why he doesn't like mid-week games at this time of year.
