Celtic's lead at the top of the SPL has been cut to six points. after the Hoops lost 1-0 at Hibernian.

Leigh Griffiths 14th goal of the season gave Pat Fenlon's side an early lead which Celtic could not claw back.

It was Hibs' first win over Celtic at Easter Road for four years. 

The result keeps the Edinburgh side fourth, three points behind second-placed Inverness and nine behind leaders Celtic.

In today's other SPL games second-placed Inverness drew 0-0 with St Johnstone, while Motherwell stay third after a 2-2 draw with Kilmarnock.

Fifth-placed Aberdeen triumphed 3-1 at bottom side Dundee.

Ross County's game with Hearts was postponed because of the weather.
