Comedian David Mitchell has got wed - with comic partner Robert Webb as his best man.

The actor married writer, presenter and poker player Victoria Coren in north London yesterday.

The pair met at Cambridge University and began dating in 2010.

But Mitchell had admitted being "smitten" with his "clever, funny and beautiful" wife since 2007.
