Phil Neville has confirmed that he will leave Everton at the end of the season.

The 36-year-old Toffee's skipper joined from Manchester United in August of 2005, becoming a fans favourite

The announcement comes at an uncertain time for the club as manager David Moyes has yet to sign a new deal with the club.

Moyes has been linked with Schlake in the Bundesliga.
