Ballyhale Shamrocks have been crowned Kilkenny Senior Hurling champions after a 16 points to 12 win over Dicksboro at Nowlan Park.
In the Munster Championship, De La Salle beat Newmarket on Fergus by 1-10 to 10 points to advance to the final.
The Waterford champions will play Thurles Sarsfields who beat Cork Champions Sarsfields by 2-20 to 2-15.
Football
In the football Championship, All Ireland Champions Crossmaglen are into the Ulster semi final after a 3-11 to 1-7 win over Donegal side St. Eunan’s.
In the Leinster Championship, Ballymun Kickhams beat Mullingar Shamrocks by 2-13 to 7 points to book a place in the semi final.
They will be joined by Portlaoise, Emmet Og Killoe and Sarsfields.
Portlaoise hammered St. Pat’s of Wicklow by 3-15 to 4 points, while Emmet Og Killoe beat Navan O’ Mahony’s by 2-13 to 8 points and Sarsfields won 1-12, St. Pat’s of Louth 2-6.
In the Connacht semi finals, St. Brigids beat Salthill Knocknacarra by 15 points to 7 to set up a meeting with Ballaghadereen – they saw off Curry of Sligo by 1-15 to 1-7.
