QPR manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed they have made an offer for Spurs midfilder Scott Parker.

The 32-year-old has fallen out of favour at White Hart lane as Tottenham manager Andre Villas Boas goes for a more progressive style of play and has strenghtened midfield with Paulinho and Etienne Capoue.

Redknapp is a keen admirer of Parker and was responsible for bringing him to Tottenham in 2011.

Parker has not been called by England since March.
